FILIGREE LIGHT RING

The Loop- developed by Olaf Barski for Selux AG – is an eye-catcher both as a pendant and surface-mounted luminaire: floating in filigree or surrounding the ceiling with a mild aura, it sets standards in terms of light output and compactness – with a housing width of just 25 millimetres.

MINIMALIST APPEARANCE

The use of a one-piece second lens made of clear PMMA with integrated single lenses and an additional prismatic surface results in a frameless edge detail. The LED modules are supplied with power via transparently sleeved steel cables with the smallest possible diameter – a multi-wire feed cable with a large diameter is therefore no longer necessary.

SURFACE-MOUNTED LUMINAIRE WITH INDIRECT COMPONENT

The surface-mounted version has a translucent element made of PMMA, which slightly brightens up the ceiling for a floating impression of the luminaire. Thanks to a magnetic locking system, the centrally positioned control gear has no visible screws, thus continuing the clear design.
